If you are not satisfied with your results for any reason, you may request a refund within 60 days of your original purchase date. This policy applies to both used and unused bottles.

Steps to Request a Refund

1. Contact Support: Reach out to our customer service team via the contact details provided in your order confirmation email.
2. Provide Order Details: Please have your order number and email address ready to verify the purchase.
3. Return Instructions: Our team will provide you with the return address. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Processing: Once the returned items (or empty bottles) are received at our warehouse, we will process your refund immediately.

Refund Timing

Once processed, the refund will be credited back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take 5-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately for a free replacement. We may ask for photographic evidence of the damage to improve our shipping processes.
